Return Policy – Palmers Cards

TL;DR

  • All sealed products are final sale

  • Single cards and graded cards may be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Buyer pays return shipping

  • All returns must be verified before a refund is issued

  • No returns for market price changes or buyer’s remorse


Sealed Products (Final Sale)

All sealed products — including but not limited to booster packs, booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs), tins, and other factory-sealed items — are final sale.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted on sealed products for any reason.


Single Cards

Returns for single cards may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery

  • The card must be returned in the exact condition it was sent

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • The card must be received and verified by Palmers Cards before a refund is issued

Refunds will only be processed after inspection confirms the card is authentic, unaltered, and undamaged.


Graded Cards

Returns for graded cards may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery

  • The graded card must be returned unaltered, unopened, and in the same condition

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Certification numbers and condition must match our original records

Refunds are issued only after successful verification.


Verification & Fraud Prevention

To protect both buyers and Palmers Cards:

  • All items are documented prior to shipment, including condition and identifying details

  • Any returned item showing signs of damage, alteration, swapping, or tampering will void the return

  • Items that do not match the originally shipped card will not be refunded


Non-Refundable Situations

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Market price changes or fluctuations in card value

  • Improper handling or damage after delivery

  • Items returned outside the stated return window


Shipping & Refunds

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Buyers are responsible for the item until it is safely received by Palmers Cards

  • Palmers Cards is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only
