Palmers Cards reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor to violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices, product availability, and descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per order or per customer.
3. Sealed Products Disclaimer
All sealed products are sold as-is and are final sale.
Palmers Cards makes no guarantees regarding pull rates, pack contents, or specific cards contained within sealed products. By purchasing sealed products, you acknowledge the inherent randomness of trading card products.
4. Single Cards & Condition
All single cards are described and photographed to the best of our ability. Condition assessments are subjective and based on our experience.
Minor variations in centering, edges, corners, or surface may occur and do not constitute defects unless explicitly stated.
5. Graded Cards
Graded cards are sold based on the grade assigned by the third-party grading company.
Palmers Cards is not responsible for grading company errors, future regrades, or changes in market value.
6. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders due to pricing errors, stock discrepancies, suspected fraud, or payment issues.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Palmers Cards is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the order has been shipped.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.
Please review the Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
9. Market Fluctuations
All trading card values are subject to market changes.
Palmers Cards does not offer refunds or price adjustments due to market price fluctuations, reprints, or changes in demand.
10. Fraud & Abuse
Any attempt to commit fraud, abuse return policies, perform chargeback abuse, or return altered items will result in refusal of service and possible reporting to payment processors.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on palmerscards.com, including logos, images, product descriptions, and text, is the property of Palmers Cards and may not be used without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
Palmers Cards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to Terms
